PLAY.FISH OR JUST SIT QUIETLY BY THE RIVER. JUST 15 MINS WALK FROM BUS STATION AND TAT OFFICE NEARBY THE AKHA RIVER HOUSE IS THE ONLY LOCALLY OWNED & MANAGED HILL TRIBE RETREAT IN THE CHIANGRAI CITY  PROVINCE. APAE IS THE SAME OWNER OF AKHA HILL HOUSE AND THE AKHA RIVER HOUSE AND IS A CERTIFIED GUIDE WITH A LIFETIME OF EXPENRIENCE WHO CAN ARRANGE TREKS AND SIGHTSEEING TOURS TO SUIT YOU . Hello Any one who
liked to stay at Akha River House...
Akha River House is now on reconstrction. We still have our Nice house with
8 rooms and our Stylish restarant by the river with great food. 
Our  bungalowshave  have been destroyed (we are replaning our designs).  We decide not to received booking at the moment for stay since we have only 8 Rooms  available  and no more bungalow. But still you can come and see if you like it.
Trecking Booking is still available and highly recommended by many Guide book.
We will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and confortable.   
The constrction of the other phase of the project is not started yet.
We have another Guest house in the montain side were you can enjoy Akha style living.
